No outside alcohol or cannabis
Please don't bring any outside alcohol or marijuana products — anything brought in will be held and not returned. Tailgating in the lot isn't permitted, and vehicles doing so may be towed.
Attending an event at Royal Cliff? Here's everything you'll want to know before you arrive.

2280 Cliff Road, Eagan, MN 55122. Whether your coming from the cities or the country, Royal Cliff is easy to get to and easy to park at. Off of MN-77 take the exit for County Rd 32 / Cliff Rd and head WEST on Cliff Rd to the first traffic light: turn left and then right.
There's free onsite parking. If you're not completely able to drive home safely, leave your car at the venue overnight until noon the next day and catch a ride — just don't leave valuables inside.

As you come in from the welcome lobby and enter the ballroom, the cards-and-gifts table is on your left. Most hosts also display a seating chart in the lobby, so check there to find your table before you head in.
Wondering how much to give? The couple would far rather see you than your money — but weddings are expensive, and hosts often invest roughly $125–$200 per guest on the reception, so if you're able, consider covering your seat.

Most events include unlimited soda and coffee. Some hosts prepay (host) certain alcoholic drinks; others run a cash bar. Anything that isn't hosted is available to purchase.
It's a full bar — several taps, wine, hard seltzers, and liquor. We accept cash and cards, alcohol-service laws are always observed, and prices are subject to change.

For everyone's safety and the building, we can't allow items that leave marks, cause damage, or get stuck: balloons of any kind, tape, command strips, screws, smoke bombs, confetti, stickers, and open-flame candles.
Every detail — ceremony and dinner timing, when the bar opens, the menu, linens, seating, announcements, and closing time — is planned in advance with your host. They're our customer, so we run the day exactly the way they've asked us to.
Your event host might have placed a room block at a nearby hotel. If not, we recommend the Eagan Hotels (Hilton Garden Inn and Candlewood Inn), and Apple Valley Hotels (AmericInn and GrandStay). There are also hotels in Burnsville. As you will be returning to the hotel after the reception, it is best to pick a hotel closer to the venue than closer to the airport — at night, after a lot of dancing and no drinking whatsoever, you'll want the least amount of driving possible. You are welcome to leave your cars overnight until noon next day, and just get a ride. Be safe!
