When a family gathers to remember and celebrate someone they love, the last thing anyone wants to think about is catering or the AV. That's where we come in — quietly, with care.
How we help
A dignified space. An attentive team.
Our team will coordinate the room, the meal, the bar, the AV for video tributes or slideshows, and the timeline for speakers and music. Quiet, kind, and present. We've hosted families through some of the most meaningful days of their lives, and we treat each one with the care it deserves.
What we can arrange
- • Private room or full ballroom (up to 350)
- • Light reception, buffet, or seated meal
- • Coffee, tea, dessert station, full bar if desired
- • AV for slideshow, video tribute, livestream
- • Microphones for speakers and music
- • Floral, candle, or memorial-table support on request
What your private event includes
- • Venue time for 4 hours*
- • Tables, chairs, china, white table linens and napkins
- • Podium, 2 cordless microphones, background music (in-house or customer Spotify playlist)
- • Event planning assistance and event manager
* Venue time reserved should include any set-up or tear-down needed.
