Brianno's has a long reputation for serving American and Italian dishes with the same care you'd cook at home — scaled to 250. Once booked, you're invited to our open-house tasting to sample menu options and meet our vendors. A little date night with a purpose.
Plated or Buffet
Your guests' style. Your call.
Buffet: guests customize their plates, you skip collecting meal choices. Plated: available for an added per-person cost; we'll collect meal counts in advance and present a complete list of choices by table.
Bar Service
A beautiful built-in bar, staffed and stocked.
All venues feature a custom-built bar in the event space. We provide the bartenders and you customize your bar package — beer and wine, full bar, signature cocktails, anything in between. All alcohol is purchased and served through the venue (the law).
What's Included With Catering
Everything for dinner. Already on the table.
China, goblets, silverware, water service, table linens, and dinner napkins — all included in the catering price. That's not the case with most caterers. With Fab!, it's never a separate invoice.
