No. All food and beverage is booked through the venue. Brianno's (Eagan, MN, since 1993) is the exclusive caterer for all three Fab! Weddings venues. The full bar is staffed by the venue and customized to your preference.

Snacks
Yes — non-perishable, store-bought, and nut-free snacks are welcome (for example, individually wrapped items for the wedding party).
Breakfast & Lunch for the Wedding Party
Yes — outside breakfast and lunch is allowed for the wedding party on the morning of the wedding.
Outside Dessert
Yes — outside dessert is allowed when it is nut-free and comes from a commercial, licensed bakery.
Outside DJ
No. The DJ is booked through the venue.
Weather & Rain Plan
Every Fab! venue has an indoor ceremony backup. The same room can be flipped for dinner if weather pushes the ceremony indoors.
Wedding Planning & Day-Of Coordination
Included in every package, at every Fab! venue, for every couple.
Menu Tasting
Once you book, you'll be invited to an open-house tasting to sample menu items and meet vendors.
Sundays & Holidays
Sundays are offered at Royal Cliff and Glenhaven Events. All major holidays and the Sundays prior to a holiday are subject to peak-Saturday venue pricing and food & beverage minimums.
Deposit & Retainer
A $2,000 deposit is required for weddings, and a $1,000 deposit is required for micro packages.
Final Balance Due
Final balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
Cancellation Policy
Upon booking you have seven days to cancel for a full refund. After seven days, cancellation fees will be applied and vary depending on proximity to the event date.
Date Changes & Postponement
Fees will vary based on proximity to the reschedule date and availability.
Alcohol & Bar Service
All alcohol is provided through the venue and served by our licensed, trained bartenders. We offer flexible bar options to fit your budget and style — a hosted bar, a cash bar, or a combination of the two.
Outside Vendors (Other Than F&B / DJ)
You are welcome to bring in your own photographer, videographer, decorator, floral, and shuttle service.
Conduct & Damages
A $1,000 damage deposit is collected. Assuming no damage at your event, the deposit will be returned within 14 days.
