Who will work with me?

You'll have one primary point of contact at each stage of your wedding, supported by a larger team working behind the scenes. Your journey begins with your Wedding Planner, who will meet with you to design your day, answer your questions, and create a detailed event plan covering everything from the ceremony through the last dance. Together, you'll make the decisions that turn your vision into a clear, written plan. As your wedding day approaches, you'll be introduced to your Day-of Coordinator (Event Manager). They become your point of contact on the wedding day itself. Their job is to bring your plan to life—keeping everything on schedule while remaining flexible enough to handle the unexpected. They coordinate the vendors, cue the DJ, communicate with the kitchen and bar, direct the ceremony and reception, solve problems before you ever know they exist, and make sure every detail happens when and how it should. Behind them is an experienced team of chefs, bartenders, servers, DJs, setup crews, and event staff—all working together under the direction of your Event Manager. In short, you never have to wonder who to call. At every stage, you'll know exactly who is leading your event, while an entire team works behind the scenes to make your wedding feel effortless.

Is the day-of coordinator different from my planner?

They work as a team. Your planner shapes the timeline and plan; the day-of coordinator runs the wedding itself with your timeline, vendor list, and keys, so you never have to manage logistics on the day.

Who cooks the food — an outside caterer?

Our own kitchen. The executive chef and kitchen team are Brianno's culinary staff, the same kitchen that has cooked for Twin Cities families since 1993 — plated, buffet, and stations are all done in-house.
