February 2026
'All-inclusive' gets used so loosely in the wedding industry that it's stopped meaning anything. Some venues include chairs and call it inclusive. Others include a catering kitchen and a DJ booth and nothing else. Before you book, it's worth getting a line-item answer to the question: what exactly is covered?
Here's what Fab! Weddings includes at every venue, and what you'll still need to budget for separately.
What's Included
Venue & Facility
- Exclusive use of the venue for your event window
- Tables, chairs, linens, and standard place settings
- On-site parking
- Rehearsal access and a dedicated decor drop-off window the day before
- VIP take-down service at the end of the night (you and your guests leave; we handle the breakdown)
Food & Beverage
- In-house catering by Fab!'s culinary team — all menu items are prepared on site, not catered in from an outside kitchen
- Plated dinner or buffet service, depending on the package
- Cocktail hour appetizers
- Bar service from Fab!'s on-site bar (package type varies — see the bar packages guide for the full breakdown)
- Non-alcoholic beverages throughout
- Wedding cake cutting and service (you bring the cake; we cut and plate it)
Entertainment
- In-house DJ from Fab!'s entertainment team
- Sound system for ceremony and reception
- Dance floor lighting
- MC services and standard reception timeline coordination
Coordination
- Dedicated day-of coordinator assigned to your wedding
- Coordinator present from your arrival through the end of the event
- Vendor check-in coordination (florist, photographer, videographer, etc.)
- Timeline management and cue calls throughout the day
What's Not Included
Being honest about this matters. Here's what Fab! doesn't provide as part of the base package:
- Photography and videography — these are booked separately through outside vendors. Fab! has preferred vendor relationships and can provide referrals, but the cost is yours to budget.
- Florals and centerpieces — floral design is not in-house. You work with an outside florist.
- Wedding cake or dessert catering — the cake itself is yours to source; Fab! cuts and serves it.
- Hair and makeup — bridal suite access is included, but styling services are not.
- Officiant — Fab! doesn't provide an officiant. Civil or religious, that's your arrangement.
- Honeymoon suite or overnight accommodations — none of the venues are hotels.
- Invitations and stationery
- Transportation
The Actual Question to Ask Any Venue
When you're comparing venues, the most useful question isn't 'Are you all-inclusive?' It's: 'What will I write a check for that isn't already in your package price?' Ask that question at every venue you tour, and ask them to be specific. The answer tells you the real budget difference between venues that look similar on paper.
